Clarice graduated in Botany at the University of Sydney in 1932.

She knew ALL the Australian botanical flowers by their correct native name!

Growing Waratahs in her garden was always easy for her as she knew how to grow them and to nurture them.

Walking with a group in the bush for the day was a joy for her.
